Nanny sharing is an arrangement whereby a nanny is employed by two families to care for the specified children. Flexible Nanny shares can work in a number of different ways for example: two families share the nanny all of the time or the nanny splits her time between two families. If you don’t know a family who you can share and split the childcare with, we can help to find a well suited family for you.
